Gift Voucher Terms of Use

  • Gift vouchers entitle the holder to use services at the Copernicus Toruń Hotel according to the current price list and the value of the voucher.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase – services must be used within this period. After the expiry date, any unused value of the voucher, in whole or in part, will be lost.

  • Please inform us during booking that the payment method will be a Gift Voucher.
  • If a reservation is not canceled by phone or in person at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit, the Gift Voucher will be considered redeemed.
  • The voucher must be presented at reception before using the services.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given if the voucher amount exceeds the value of the services used.
  • At the recipient's request, they may pay the difference if the service value exceeds the voucher amount.
  • Voucher payments cannot be combined with promotions or discounts.
  • Personalized vouchers may be transferred to another person.
  • In case of loss or damage of the Gift Voucher, Copernicus Toruń Hotel is not responsible and does not compensate for the loss.
  • An integral part of the vouchers is these Terms and Conditions, which are available upon request. When placing an order, the buyer declares that they have read and accept these terms in full.
