A tailor-made menu
We have composed our menu in such a way that it always suits the duration and nature of your event. There are various event types to choose from – it can be either 3 or even up to 8 hours of awesome fun! We would suggest starting the reception with a soup, then proceed to the main dishes – aromatic and delicious – such as for example beef cheeks with mustard sauce, turkey pouches with mushrooms and nutty sauce. And as a dessert – maybe some fancy sweets? To make the evening even more tasty – add some cold snacks and warm supper dishes too.
Our halls
So many possibilities
The Copernicus Toruń Hotel offers a few different halls, thereby, we can organise both smaller and bigger events for even up to a few hundred people. Our wedding and banquet halls give you a whole palette of possibilities when it comes to the interior arrangement. The neutral décor allows them to be modified in many different ways, according to the preferences on your guests. We particularly recommend the Atlantis outdoor banquet hall. It is a beautiful, glazed space with a direct access to the green areas around the hotel. The hall is air-conditioned and heated, offers all the necessary technical-catering services. The hall has a modular wall, so that the 600 m2 can be divided into two halls measuring 300 m2 each. There is no other hall like this one to be found in all over Toruń.

The menu of your wedding dinner or any other family event is crucial to the success of the whole event. Both your own preferences and those of your Guests should be taken into account. Remember that a wide palette of different dishes allows everyone to find something for themselves. Important factors here are seasonality and availability of ingredients, which can have a positive impact on the taste and quality of the dishes served.
The way the food is served also plays a huge role when it comes to the comfort of your Guests and the ambience of your event. There are a few options to choose from – a banquet, a table-served dinner with waiter service or serving dishes on platters, depending on the of the event, preferences of the organiser and the expectations of the Guests.
