The Copernicus Toruń Hotel is your dream venue for all kinds of parties and business events. We offer nearly 2000 m2 of conference-event space. Our two conference halls – Terra, measuring 488 m2, and Luna (300 m2) have both daylight and artificial lighting, and each has been designed in accordance with the world’s highest standards. Particularly recommended is Atlantis, our banquet hall in the open air, located on the green area. The hall is 600 m2 big, and thus, allows to organise banquets for up to 400 people at round tables and up to 500 people for standing parties.

Apart from spacious conference halls, hotel rooms with balconies or a pool, our facility offers also a very good restaurant serving delicious local and international cuisine. Our kitchen will certainly satisfy the palates of your conference guests. Having a team of well-experienced cooks at hand, we can guarantee a delicious banquet, full of aromas and flavours seducing your taste-buds and nostrils.
Particularly recommended is the year-round outdoor hall called Atlantis. It’s a beautiful, glazed space with a direct access to the green area around the hotel. The hall is air-conditioned and heated, features all the necessary technical-catering facilities. The modular wall installed in the hall allows to divide the 600 m2 of space into two halls, measuring 300 m2 each.
Depending on the type of your event, we can host even up to 500 Guests (cocktail seating) or 350 Guests (banqueting seating with a stage and a dance floor) in the Atlantis hall.
In the summer season, there is no better place than this hall to organise less formal meetings, such as for instance picnics with a barbecue menu.
Immerse yourself in the pulsating heart of Toruń by visiting the Stars Club – it is an exclusive night club of the Copernicus Toruń Hotel. A unique place providing a magical experience, no matter if you are a Guest of our hotel or a non-resident.
You can also visit our club for your exclusive use each day (excluding Saturday). By booking the 600 m2 of club space, you get lighting and audio system, waiters, bartenders and DJ that skillfully chooses the right music for your event – everything is ready and you don’t need to do anything at all.
And a business event at the Stars Club can be connected with a buffet dinner, and in the summer season, with a barbecue on the terrace right by the club.
