Imagine a warm August evening. The scent of herbs and ripening tomatoes, a glass of excellent Italian wine, live music, and dinner under the open sky. This is exactly La Dolce Vita — a unique evening inspired by the tastes, atmosphere, and unhurried rhythm of Italian southern life.

Starting 15 August, the Copernicus Toruń Hotel garden will become a space filled with light, music, and Mediterranean aromas, where we will celebrate Italian “la dolce vita” together.

Chef Dawid Wojciechowski will prepare an original five-course menu inspired by Italian cuisine, based on carefully selected products and classic Italian flavors reimagined in a modern way. Each dish will be paired with a suitably matched Italian wine, creating a harmonious culinary experience. The evening will be complemented by live music performed by Ady Rychwalska and Marcin Bączkowski.

An intimate atmosphere, a garden bathed in the light of a summer evening, excellent cuisine, great wine, and mood-setting music will make you feel—if only for a few hours—as though you’re on holiday in sunny Italy.

The event is intended exclusively for adults.

In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to change the venue of the event.

The package includes

overnight stay in a comfortable room,
breakfast in the form of a rich buffet, served with sparkling wine,
unlimited access to the swimming pool complex, saunas, jacuzzis, tennis courts, the salt cave, and the gym,
participation in the dinner "La Dolce Vita" on 15.08.2026 for each person covered by the reservation,
free access to Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel.

At your disposal, there is a ground level car park as well as an underground garage. If you are looking for a place that gives you comfort and convenient location in one combined, our hotel with car park is your address in Toruń! The car park is available at extra cost, booking a parking space in advance is not possible. • Ground level parking space – PLN 40 / hotel day • Garage parking space – PLN 55 / hotel day The car parks are not attended, however, they are subject to video surveillance. Parking only for the Guests and Clients of the Hotel.

Children

Children until the age of 4 are accommodated free of charge if they share the bed with their parents. Accommodation for older children: 5-12 years of age - 22,5 PLN - sharing the bed with parents 5-12 years of age - 100 PLN - extra bed (available on request as far as possible) Above the age of 13 - 200 PLN - extra bed (available on request as far as possible)

Animals

We are a pet-friendly hotel. But please remember to notify us thereof when booking your stay. If you fail to do so, the Hotel has the right to refuse to accept your pet. The pet charge amounts to PLN 50 per hotel day. For the sake of comfort of other Guests, please do not bring your pets to the universally available parts of the hotel, such as the SPA & WELLNESS Zone, the breakfast and a’la carte restaurant, the children’s playroom, gym and night club.
