Built in the 14th century as a part of the defensive walls, today it attracts tourists with its characteristic slope. What’s more, the local legend has it that only persons having ‘clear conscience’ can stand completely straight under the tower. Dare to try?
Interesting fact: The tower deviates from the perpendicular by as much as 1.5 metre. This is all due to the unstable ground on which it was erected.
